ID Card Description
THE MUMBAIKAR CINE ARTIST ASSOCIATION is a gateway to the Bollywood film industry. In Chennai, and also places like Mumbai the heart of Bollywood, this is a mandatory thing. The cost of an artist card is 2000 and it can be of two types: one is for junior artists and the other one is for senior artists. This card is registered by the Government of India certified association "THE MUMBAIKAR CINE ARTIST ASSOCIATION" (REGD.)

Terms & Conditions:
1. This identity card is not transferable
2. This identity card should always be in the possession of the member
3. This identity card should be produced when demanded by
the employer or any film Cine & TV artist association (reg.)
5. Card Fees Once Paid Not Refundable.
6. I, promise, confirm, declare, and undertake to abide by the Constitution of the Association (THE MUMBAIKAR CINE ARTIST ASSOCIATION)
7. I, assure you that I will not violate any Rules and regulations of the Association or act in any manner prejudicial to the interest of this Association or malign their names or of its Committee Members. I shall be subject to Disciplinary Action as decided upon by the Executive Committee Member in case of
• a) Acting in contravention of the purposes of any resolution of the Association or
• b) Disobeying the instructions issued by the Association or its office bearers.
• c) Misbehaving physically or verbally with any Producer/Co-Worker/Staff, during the shoot or otherwise.
8. I undertake to never malign my Association or go against the diktats/decisions of the Executive Committee. However, I authorize my Association to take disciplinary action & cancel my membership, if I am found guilty of the above.
9. I undertake not to approach any Electronic/Print/social media (including SMS, WhatsApp) to give any statement/s against the Association/producer/colleague without prior permission from the THE MUMBAIKAR CINE ARTIST ASSOCIATION.
10. I hereby undertake that I have read and understood the Constitution of THE MUMBAIKAR CINE ARTIST ASSOCIATION. and will abide by its provisions as applicable on the date of execution of this application form and/or as may be amended from time to time by THE MUMBAIKAR CINE ARTIST ASSOCIATION. My particulars are, as filled in the application form.
